I began my HR career in 2012 supporting in acquisitions and onboarding and quickly moved into progressively larger roles while simultaneously consulting with multiple businesses within the healthcare setting. In 2013 I achieved my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and obtained my SHRM-CP designation through the Society of Human Resource Management in 2016. My love for HR grew into a passion for HR Compliance and Employee Relations leading me to complete my Master’s in Human Resource Management in 2019, shortly before founding Thrive in January of 2020.
In 2021, Thrive Consulting became a proud member of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and I thoroughly enjoy serving as Chair for the Emerging Business Leaders Committee. Community involvement through networking and outreach to young professionals and business owners bring great joy and fulfillment. Additionally, I volunteer my HR services to a local Non-profit organization focusing on the rehabilitation of homeless women veterans to prepare them to re-enter society, Genesis JOY House Homeless Shelter, Inc. Giving back, fostering a sense of belonging and educating on diversity, equity, inclusion is a large part of who I am as a person, and serves as the foundation of Thrive.

My career in Human Resources began in 2004 after graduating college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and have since worked internationally supporting HR initiatives for several healthcare organizations. Throughout my career I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn different aspects of hospital operations, including the International Organization for Standardization training. Additionally, I earned my Certificate as an Integrated Management System Auditor from the British Standards Institute which has helped me tremendously in aspects of HR Compliance.
Supporting and managing HR Operations is truly my passion and I enjoy supporting our clients with onboarding, pre-employment compliance management, performance management, HR Information System (HRIS) administration, and employee relations. As a member of the team, I look forward to the opportunity to support your unique HR needs.
My journey with HR began in 2006, following the completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Information Management. I began working as an HR Assistant within the healthcare industry, focused on timekeeping and payroll. This has broadened my understanding of healthcare regulations and standards and I was later entrusted as a member of the International Organization for Standardization Accreditation team to ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and documented in accordance with the standards set by the accrediting agency.
In 2011, I transitioned into a role as a Senior Representative for Asset Management in Business Process Outsourcing and seven years later, I returned to my first passion as an HR Generalist with responsibilities that included recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and employee engagement. Now I am a proud team member with Thrive Consulting and I look forward to supporting your business with HR Support.
My HR career began in 2022 after many years of administrative work supporting diverse industries and becoming the front-line point of contact for employees and employers alike. Joining an HR team where we pride ourselves in supporting a variety of clients is fulfilling and has enabled me to learn various aspects within the function of people operations. With a strong background in administrative work, the continued growth into HR provides opportunity to adapt to the needs of our clients while providing direct employee and team member support.
HR has always been my passion. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I began working as an HR Assistant in 2014. Currently, I am pursuing a master’s degree specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology adding to my career growth through larger roles and into my current role as an HR Onboarding Specialist with Thrive Consulting Firm. My work continually allows me the opportunity to appreciate the importance of Human Resources and, more importantly, how we function to add value and establish ourselves as an asset to our clients.
